  • Production coordination for workflow across multiple manufacturing sites and product lines. 

  • Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

  • Manpower and  equipment determination and required raw materials evaluation needed to cover production demands.

  • Coordination with designers, client firms and their production managers to schedule staffing according to production requirements.

  • Coordination with trim and fabric store managers / suppliers to ensure on time availability of raw materials.

  • Monitoring projects to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.

  • Addressing of issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.

  • Analysis of numerical data and resultant appropriate adaptation of strategies in order to address inefficiencies and maximize output.

  • Assaying and measuring output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)

  • Development and implementation planning of KPIs and required reporting. 

  • Deciding and evaluating what types of key performance indicators (KPI's) are relevant to the clients department, industry or role.

  • Selecting the right KPIs will depend on the specific industry and product and which part of the business / process to track.

  • Each department will use different KPI types to measure success based on its specific business goals and targets.

  • Collaboration with quality control, warehouse and other staff and departments.

  • Optimization of ongoing planning process and manufacturing protocols within EH/S / GHS and ISO, etc. standards.

  • Growth and development management of the planners and departments, ensuring that they have the necessary skills set to create and execute plans and to meet stringent deadlines.

Master Production Scheduling / RCCP / S&OP processes

  • Management and development of work - production processes that integrate customer delivery requirements into manufacturing plans.

  • Design, preparation and execution of long-term supply to delivery chain plans.

  • Adherence to clients' customer service goals. 

  • Optimization of inventory levels, production - storage capacity utilization, production efficiency and minimizing SLOB. (Garment - commercial sewing industry)

  • Providing proactive, clear, concise & accurate information to internal/external stakeholders regarding issues, potential delays & mitigation plans to ensure that customer - client expectations are met.

  • Costing and quoting for line-production conversions and optimization of new product fabrication lines.  

  • Implementation of production planning policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.

  • Compliance to company policies with regards to safety standards applicable to relative production scheduling.

  • Analyzing production specifications and plant or business unit capacity data and determining manufacturing processes, material and resource requirements, Equipment, etc.).

  • Providing a closed loop connection between constraint plan, manufacturing capacity/build plans, and the total revenue plan.

  • Developing master schedules for sequencing and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates required by forecasts or customer orders. (T&M task management). 

  • Responsibility for delivering the RCCP/ S&OP processes in the business unit.

  • Recommendation of drafting for alternative scheduling scenarios to assist with BCP decision making.

  • Participation and scheduling  project production meetings as required to ensure successful launches.

  • Overseeing master data changes to BPCS - data admin / BOM changes.

  • Management and re-assay reporting (3- 6 month outlook) and execution of plans to mitigate SLOB (ie write-offs) and demurrage costs where applicable.

The services of  SJC HR department is to manage the day-to-day HR activities, such as maintaining HR information system records and compiling reports from the database, developing department goals, objectives and systems.

 SJC-HR assists and supports business unit management with handling and resolving HR issues. We assist employees with the implementation of OSHA and equivalent standards as well as Co. procedures.

  • Follow up with all heads of departments for the accuracy of information.

  • Create and maintain soft-copy & hard-copy of the signed contracts and liaise with legal council for language and contractual terms.

  • Provides advice to staff on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, and job evaluations as per industry or department requires with regard to updating service quality and production modernization.

  • Manages the administration of direct compensation for staff, including the processing, recording and reporting of compensation-related actions related to salaried employees.

  • Knowledge of local compensation laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.

  • Creation of  Differentiation pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value.

All fabrics are entirely handmade from the picking of the cotton and silk to the spinning and dying processes then finally to the weaving.

Each design can be custom created to fit the the feel and texture you require for your application. Many of the woven fabrics are integrated into bags, shoes, belts dresses and other garments.
